In 2024, Luxembourg's population in private households by educational attainment level increased by 5.4% compared to 2023, reaching 54.7%.

The figure is above the EU-27 average of 36.1%.

Luxembourg ranks 2nd out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the top half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 16.4% (from 47.0% in 2019).
