In 2022, Luxembourg's police-recorded offences by offence category increased by 31.7% compared to 2021, reaching 4,090.

Luxembourg ranks 19th out of 24 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 102.1% (from 2,024 in 2017).
