Population in private households by educational attainment level

In 2007, Malta's population in private households by educational attainment level increased by 4.2% compared to 2006, reaching 12.4%.

The figure is below the EU-27 average of 22.4%.

Malta ranks 26th out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 40.9% (from 8.8% in 2002).
