At-risk-of-poverty rate by poverty threshold, age and sex - EU-SILC and ECHP surveys

In 2013, Netherlands's at-risk-of-poverty rate by poverty threshold, age and sex increased by 0.0% compared to 2012, reaching 5.5%.

The figure is below the EU-27 average of 13.3%.

Netherlands ranks 26th out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has fallen by 41.5% (from 9.4% in 2008).
