Population structure indicators at national level

In 2005, Netherlands's population structure indicators at national level increased by 1.0% compared to 2004, reaching 38.9.

The figure is below the EU-27 average of 39.6.

Netherlands ranks 16th out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 4.3% (from 37.3 in 2000).
