Population structure indicators at national level

In 2007, Netherlands's population structure indicators at national level increased by 1.0% compared to 2006, reaching 39.6.

The figure is below the EU-27 average of 40.3.

Netherlands ranks 14th out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 4.8% (from 37.8 in 2002).
