Population structure indicators at national level

In 2017, Netherlands's population structure indicators at national level increased by 0.2% compared to 2016, reaching 42.5.

The figure is below the EU-27 average of 43.2.

Netherlands ranks 13th out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the top half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 2.9% (from 41.3 in 2012).
