Population structure indicators at national level

In 2002, Netherlands's population structure indicators at national level increased by 0.5% compared to 2001, reaching 22.1.

The figure is below the EU-27 average of 26.3.

Netherlands ranks 21st out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 2.8% (from 21.5 in 1997).
