Population structure indicators at national level

In 2006, Netherlands's population structure indicators at national level increased by 1.8% compared to 2005, reaching 23.2.

The figure is below the EU-27 average of 27.7.

Netherlands ranks 20th out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 5.5% (from 22.0 in 2001).
