At-risk-of-poverty rate by poverty threshold, age and sex - EU-SILC and ECHP surveys

In 2020, Poland's at-risk-of-poverty rate by poverty threshold, age and sex decreased by 7.3% compared to 2019, reaching 13.9%.

The figure is below the EU-27 average of 15.9%.

Poland ranks 15th out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has fallen by 23.2% (from 18.1% in 2015).
