At-risk-of-poverty rate by poverty threshold, age and sex - EU-SILC and ECHP surveys

In 2021, Poland's at-risk-of-poverty rate by poverty threshold, age and sex increased by 1.4% compared to 2020, reaching 14.1%.

The figure is below the EU-27 average of 16.1%.

Poland ranks 16th out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has fallen by 17.5% (from 17.1% in 2016).
