In 2020, Poland's police-recorded offences by offence category increased by 4.4% compared to 2019, reaching 74,502.

Poland ranks 5th out of 24 EU member states with reported data — in the top half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has fallen by 21.3% (from 94,680 in 2015).
