In 2021, Poland's police-recorded offences by offence category decreased by 1.4% compared to 2020, reaching 73,474.

Poland ranks 4th out of 24 EU member states with reported data — in the top half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has fallen by 8.1% (from 79,928 in 2016).
