Population structure indicators at national level

In 1987, Portugal's population structure indicators at national level increased by 1.6% compared to 1986, reaching 32.2.

Portugal ranks 18th out of 24 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 4.5% (from 30.8 in 1982).
