Population structure indicators at national level

In 1988, Portugal's population structure indicators at national level increased by 1.6% compared to 1987, reaching 32.7.

Portugal ranks 17th out of 24 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 5.5% (from 31.0 in 1983).
