Population structure indicators at national level

In 1989, Portugal's population structure indicators at national level increased by 1.8% compared to 1988, reaching 33.3.

Portugal ranks 17th out of 24 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 6.7% (from 31.2 in 1984).
