Population structure indicators at national level

In 1995, Portugal's population structure indicators at national level increased by 1.1% compared to 1994, reaching 35.9.

Portugal ranks 16th out of 26 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 5.9% (from 33.9 in 1990).
