Population structure indicators at national level

In 2013, Portugal's population structure indicators at national level increased by 0.9% compared to 2012, reaching 42.6.

Portugal ranks 4th out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the top half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 5.4% (from 40.4 in 2008).
