Population structure indicators at national level

In 1977, Portugal's population structure indicators at national level increased by 1.0% compared to 1976, reaching 19.7.

Portugal ranks 15th out of 22 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 7.7% (from 18.3 in 1972).
