Population structure indicators at national level

In 1978, Portugal's population structure indicators at national level increased by 1.5% compared to 1977, reaching 20.0.

Portugal ranks 15th out of 22 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 8.1% (from 18.5 in 1973).
