Population structure indicators at national level

In 1979, Portugal's population structure indicators at national level increased by 1.5% compared to 1978, reaching 20.3.

Portugal ranks 14th out of 22 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 9.7% (from 18.5 in 1974).
