Population structure indicators at national level

In 2000, Portugal's population structure indicators at national level increased by 1.1% compared to 1999, reaching 26.5.

Portugal ranks 7th out of 26 EU member states with reported data — in the top half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 6.4% (from 24.9 in 1995).
