Population structure indicators at national level

In 1988, Romania's population structure indicators at national level increased by 0.6% compared to 1987, reaching 32.2.

Romania ranks 19th out of 24 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 3.5% (from 31.1 in 1983).
