Population structure indicators at national level

In 1989, Romania's population structure indicators at national level increased by 0.6% compared to 1988, reaching 32.4.

Romania ranks 20th out of 24 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 3.2% (from 31.4 in 1984).
