Unemployment by sex and age - annual data

In 2015, Romania's unemployment by sex and age decreased by 9.0% compared to 2014, reaching 27.3%.

The figure is above the EU-27 average of 22.4%.

Romania ranks 8th out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the top half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has fallen by 2.5% (from 28.0% in 2010).
