Population change - Demographic balance and crude rates at national level

In 1967, Slovakia's population change decreased by 2.4% compared to 1966, reaching 8.0.

The figure is below the EU-27 average of 10.1.

Slovakia ranks 24th out of 26 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has fallen by 1.2% (from 8.1 in 1962).
