In 2022, Slovakia's police-recorded offences by offence category decreased by 38.9% compared to 2021, reaching 44.

Slovakia ranks 23rd out of 24 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 69.2% (from 26 in 2017).
