Population structure indicators at national level

In 2007, Slovakia's population structure indicators at national level increased by 0.8% compared to 2006, reaching 36.0.

The figure is below the EU-27 average of 40.3.

Slovakia ranks 25th out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 4.7% (from 34.4 in 2002).
