Population structure indicators at national level

In 2023, Slovakia's population structure indicators at national level increased by 1.0% compared to 2022, reaching 42.2.

The figure is below the EU-27 average of 44.5.

Slovakia ranks 20th out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 5.0% (from 40.2 in 2018).
