Population structure indicators at national level

In 2023, Hungary's population structure indicators at national level increased by 0.7% compared to 2022, reaching 44.2.

The figure is below the EU-27 average of 44.5.

Hungary ranks 10th out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the top half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 3.8% (from 42.6 in 2018).
