Population structure indicators at national level

In 2008, Slovakia's population structure indicators at national level increased by 0.5% compared to 2007, reaching 18.7.

The figure is below the EU-27 average of 28.1.

Slovakia ranks 26th out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 1.6% (from 18.4 in 2003).
