Population structure indicators at national level

In 2008, Hungary's population structure indicators at national level increased by 1.6% compared to 2007, reaching 25.8.

The figure is below the EU-27 average of 28.1.

Hungary ranks 16th out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 4.5% (from 24.7 in 2003).
