At-risk-of-poverty rate by poverty threshold, age and sex

In 2024, Slovenia's at-risk-of-poverty rate by poverty threshold, age and sex increased by 4.9% compared to 2023, reaching 10.7%.

The figure is below the EU-27 average of 19.3%.

Slovenia ranks 26th out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 1.9% (from 10.5% in 2019).
