Unemployment by sex and age - annual data

In 2025, Slovenia's unemployment by sex and age increased by 5.4% compared to 2024, reaching 3.9%.

The figure is below the EU-27 average of 6.0%.

Slovenia ranks 21st out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has fallen by 22.0% (from 5.0% in 2020).
