At-risk-of-poverty rate by poverty threshold, age and sex - EU-SILC and ECHP surveys

In 2017, Spain's at-risk-of-poverty rate by poverty threshold, age and sex increased by 13.8% compared to 2016, reaching 14.8%.

The figure is above the EU-27 average of 14.7%.

Spain ranks 15th out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 0.0% (from 14.8% in 2012).
