Main national accounts tax aggregates

In 2024, Spain's main national accounts tax aggregates increased by 2.5% compared to 2023, reaching 12.5%.

The figure is below the EU-27 average of 13.2%.

Spain ranks 11th out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the top half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 21.4% (from 10.3% in 2019).
