Early leavers from education and training by labour status

In 2024, Spain's early leavers from education and training by labour status decreased by 5.1% compared to 2023, reaching 13.0%.

The figure is above the EU-27 average of 9.4%.

Spain ranks 2nd out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the top half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has fallen by 24.9% (from 17.3% in 2019).
