Population structure indicators at national level

In 2020, Spain's population structure indicators at national level increased by 0.7% compared to 2019, reaching 44.2.

The figure is above the EU-27 average of 43.9.

Spain ranks 8th out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the top half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 4.5% (from 42.3 in 2015).
