Population in private households by educational attainment level

In 2020, Spain's population in private households by educational attainment level increased by 2.8% compared to 2019, reaching 39.7%.

The figure is above the EU-27 average of 32.8%.

Spain ranks 11th out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the top half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 13.1% (from 35.1% in 2015).
