At-risk-of-poverty rate by poverty threshold, age and sex

In 2014, Sweden's at-risk-of-poverty rate by poverty threshold, age and sex decreased by 9.3% compared to 2013, reaching 13.6%.

The figure is above the EU-27 average of 13.2%.

Sweden ranks 17th out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has fallen by 16.0% (from 16.2% in 2009).
