At-risk-of-poverty rate by poverty threshold, age and sex - EU-SILC and ECHP surveys

In 2009, Sweden's at-risk-of-poverty rate by poverty threshold, age and sex increased by 5.4% compared to 2008, reaching 13.6%.

Sweden ranks 17th out of 26 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 30.8% (from 10.4% in 2004).
