Fertility indicators

In 1993, Sweden's fertility indicators decreased by 4.8% compared to 1992, reaching 1.99.

Sweden ranks 2nd out of 23 EU member states with reported data — in the top half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 1.5% (from 1.96 in 1988).
