Population structure indicators at national level

In 2012, Belgium's population structure indicators at national level increased by 0.2% compared to 2011, reaching 41.0.

The figure is below the EU-27 average of 41.9.

Belgium ranks 13th out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the top half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 1.2% (from 40.5 in 2007).
