Early leavers from education and training by labour status

In 2024, Bulgaria's early leavers from education and training by labour status decreased by 11.8% compared to 2023, reaching 8.2%.

The figure is below the EU-27 average of 9.4%.

Bulgaria ranks 12th out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the top half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has fallen by 41.0% (from 13.9% in 2019).
