Population structure indicators at national level

In 2009, Croatia's population structure indicators at national level increased by 0.5% compared to 2008, reaching 41.7.

The figure is above the EU-27 average of 41.0.

Croatia ranks 5th out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the top half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 2.7% (from 40.6 in 2004).
