Main indicators - share of renewable energy

In 2016, Croatia's main indicators decreased by 2.4% compared to 2015, reaching 28.3%.

The figure is above the EU-27 average of 18.0%.

Croatia ranks 8th out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the top half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 11.3% (from 25.4% in 2011).
