Employment rates by educational attainment level

In 2024, Croatia's employment rates by educational attainment level increased by 1.6% compared to 2023, reaching 89.4%.

The figure is above the EU-27 average of 87.8%.

Croatia ranks 11th out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the top half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 5.9% (from 84.4% in 2019).
