Population structure indicators at national level

In 2006, Cyprus's population structure indicators at national level increased by 0.5% compared to 2005, reaching 20.1.

The figure is below the EU-27 average of 27.7.

Cyprus ranks 25th out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 3.6% (from 19.4 in 2001).
