Population structure indicators at national level

In 2007, Cyprus's population structure indicators at national level increased by 1.0% compared to 2006, reaching 20.3.

The figure is below the EU-27 average of 27.9.

Cyprus ranks 25th out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 2.5% (from 19.8 in 2002).
