Main indicators - share of renewable energy

In 2018, Cyprus's main indicators increased by 3.9% compared to 2017, reaching 2.7%.

The figure is below the EU-27 average of 8.3%.

Cyprus ranks 26th out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 136.1% (from 1.1% in 2013).
